Is there a minimum number of hours to sign up for Services?
There is no minimum number of hours. You state the needed number of hours of care and we will meet your needs. You get to choose your pay-rate and how often you want to be billed
How can I trust a caregiver in my home?
Just like nurses and doctors, Professional Caregivers have chosen a career in compassionate care of those in need. Lone Star Visiting Caregivers implements a proprietary CareAssure Screening System which includes a comprehensive background check through the Texas Department of Public Safety and screening for compassion, identity, integrity, and competence. We rarely advertise for caregivers as most come from word of mouth referral from other happy clients.
Do I get different caregivers all the time?
No, You will be introduced to 2 to 3 caregivers in the first week. This would give you an opportunity to pick the best match and still have 2 extra caregivers to fill in should your main caregiver call in. With this model, you will never have a stranger in your home.
How soon can you start services?
We can start care Today- usually within 4 hours of receiving a call.
