Lone Star Visiting Caregivers was founded by Isatou Jawara, BSEE, MSHA, MSN FNP-C. A nurse for more than 17 years, Isatou has always been driven to care for the needs of the geriatric population. Lone Star Visiting Caregivers is the embodiment of her dedication to the health and longevity of our elderly and the selfless caregivers to take care of them.
